These are just some of the reasons why our fish is so widely sought after by high quality restaurants and department stores across Europe including those in London such as the Savoy Hotel, The Ivy, The Caprice, Harvey Nichols and Harrods.

We buy a wide variety of the fresh est fish landed on the day in the port of Newlyn, where we select only the best fresh fish, from smaller boats and sustainable sources wherever possible, many of which land their fresh fish catch direct to us overnight.

The day’s catch is rushed to our modern purpose built premises adjacent to the port. Once there it is prepared to each customer’s specific requirements, packed and despatched the same day in chilled insulated boxes.
